It is with deep sadness that the President, and the Board of Directors
of ProBed Medical Technologies Inc., & ProBed Medical USA Inc.,
announce the passing of Walter Terrence “Terry” Plummer.
Terry was the visionary who took an idea for a unique medical product,
and, over several years, led the development and production of various
models of the Freedom Bed.
Under his leadership, ProBed overcame the many trials and tribulations
of introducing a new product, taking on the well-established medical
equipment giants, while earning the respect of all.
Over 25 years later, Freedom Beds can be found, in daily use, in
Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New
Zealand and several other countries.
Immobilized persons, and their families, around the world, enjoy better
health and much better quality of lives, due to Terry’s energy, drive and
enthusiasm.
Terry will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

LATEST UPDATE TO OUR NOTICE REGARDING THE CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19)
With reference to our notice dated June 18 th 2020, it has now become apparent that the second phase of the COVID-19 virus will affect all business activity and life as we know it, for many months to come.
With this in mind, we wish to assure all clients and potential clients of ProBed Medical Technologies Inc., and ProBed Medical USA Inc., that all employees of both companies will continue to vigorously follow all recommended precautions issued by WHO and the Canadian and United States’ governments. Production of Freedom Beds will continue, and we are pleased to advise that units are available for delivery and installation.
Verified statistics on the pandemic have clearly indicated serious concerns regarding the health and well-being of persons living in nursing and senior-living facilities. The Freedom Bed would allow many of these people to remain living at home or return home safely and with dignity. Contact us for more details.
Our range of Freedom Beds is designed and manufactured to provide the ultimate healthful sleep experience for fully- and partially-immobilized persons and others at risk of pulmonary disease and pressure injuries (bed sores).

announces the passing of Garry L. Neetz, Director, after a long and valiant fight against cancer.
Garry was a long-time member of the Board of Directors and his wise counsel will be missed.

September 2016 - During September 2016, senior representatives of ProBed Medical USA Inc. had the privilege of meeting NBC's George to the Rescue in New Jersey. ProBed Medical participated by donating the Freedom Bed™ to support the mission of providing accessibility and comfort to James Quesada, his family and his caregivers after he became paralyzed as a result of injuries sustained during an auto accident. ProBed's first sale in South America was completed in early December when a Freedom Bed Model PAR3-A3F was delivered to a client in Bogota, Colombia.
